Our staff
| Beth Horan RN, LMT
Beth
is a registered nurse who graduated from the Connecticut Center
For Massage Therapy in August 2002. She is a nationally certified
and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Beth's
professional experience as a post anesthesia nurse in ambulatory
surgical care for thirty years assists her in recognizing "dis-eases"
in the body. Beth's massage background revolves around varied
experiences such as visiting patients in Saint Francis
Rehabilitation Hospital, sports massage for marathon runners,
and pregnancy massage. She has completed workshops in Myofascial
Release, Hot Stone Therapy, Ayurvedic Marma Point Massage,
Massage for Cancer patients, and CranioSacral I.
Beth's future goals are to be certified in Reflexology and will
be attending courses in clinical applications for cervical
problems as well as CranioSacral II in 2006.
