Facial Massage Combination
Treat your body and mind! This deeply relaxing treatment aids in
the balancing of the body's natural energy flow. Relaxation
begins with a warm sage foot soak, drawing energy and stress
away from the head. A soothing rhythmic therapeutic massage
using aromatic body oils follows to gently stimulate circulation
and encourage lymph flow. Warm aromatherapy compresses greet the
face followed by gentle cleansing. A nourishing therapeutic
botanical clay mask draws out impurities and prepares the face
for the sequenced pressure point massage on the scalp and face,
creating a sense of peace and tranquility. Arms, hands, legs and
feet are rhythmically massaged while mask is on.
Valerian Herbal Wrap
Valerian herbal gel eases stressed nerves and promotes
relaxation. Like a gentle massage, valerian herbal gel brings on
restful sleep. Skin and body are soothed and quieted. Experience
a gentle full-body exfoliation followed by soothing massage with
the valerian herbal gel. This will calm the nervous system and
quiet the mind. You are then wrapped in a blanket, covered with
warm healing stones, and left to rest peacefully for 20 minutes.
Thoroughly rested you are then quietly massaged awake with an
application of a delicately aromatic body oil. This leaves you
rested, rejuvenated and refreshed. This treatment will last for
hours afterwards. Increasing blood and lymph circulation,
encouraging detoxification and improving the skin's metabolism.

The Aromatherapy session is combined with warm, scented
