Scheduling Appointments
As a courtesy, we make every effort to
make a REMINDER call 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment so that we may take care of you for the
full time that you have reserved. Session includes time to
discuss your health history so we can responsibly maximize your
massage experience. In order to assure your next appointment we
recommend you reschedule prior to leaving.
Cancellation Policy
We understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, however we do require
a 24 hour notice so that we may fill your time slot with another client.
Quiet Enjoyment
We ask our guests to maintain a quiet level of conversation as a
courtesy to other guests. Cellular phones and beepers should be
turned off. Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased over the phone with a credit
card. All gift certificate sales are final, sorry no cash
refunds. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift
certificates. Payment
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards including
debit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All Therapists reserve the right to refuse service for any
reason.
